Data Controller

Where we independently determine the purposes and means of processing personal data, such as when handling website enquiries, recruitment activities, supplier relationships, or other business operations.

The specific role will be defined within the applicable contractual relationship.

Security Measures

We maintain appropriate safeguards designed to protect customer and company information, including:

  • Access controls based on business need;

  • User authentication and authorisation mechanisms;

  • Encryption where appropriate;

  • Secure development and operational practices;

  • Monitoring and incident response procedures;

  • Employee awareness and confidentiality obligations;

  • Regular review of security processes and controls.

Sub-processors

Where necessary, Bruhn NewTech may engage trusted third-party service providers to support the delivery of our services.

  • Cloud hosting providers;
